If you are black stay away, from the time I walked in the door the front desk lady was so rude she didn’t even say hi she looked at me like oh you are black. She asked me for my Inc. card, and she questioned it because my wife is the primary card holder, and she asked is Debbie the primary card holder duh! she acted like I found the card in the parking lot. So when the Dr came in he was whispering outside the door with his assistant, and when he came in all he was worried about is how I was going to pay. He went on, and on how much it was going to be?
, and my Inc mite not cover the inserts. I said twice do what ever you need to do help me feel better and he continued to discuss payment. They made me feel like I was there to steal from them, and I was very uncomfortable I went on to pay $350 so I can get my inserts ordered, and I will pay the remainder when they come it’s sad that I get judged because I’m black I only want to get my inserts because I do not feel like looking for another dr, but I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone it is still bothering me, and it’s 9:37 pm

Dr. Rao did a fantastic job handling my sudden foot injury that required urgent surgery. From the moment I went in and spoke with him to the procedure 3 days later he was incredibly professional, knowledgable, approachable, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a great podiatrist that will handle your situation with timeliness and care.

The staff was great. I went in to get an ingrown toenail taken care of. The nurse numbed me up and I didn't feel a thing.

My first meeting with Dr. Rao was great! He gave me almost an hour, listened to and absorbed the history of my condition, confirmed what my other MDs have been saying, and suggested a viable 3-step approach to eventual improvement. Tonya wears two hats - receptionist and medical assistant - and was also very kind, competent and totally professional. Both of them were personable and really friendly!
Treatment hasn't started yet - stay tuned for further developments!

I felt like dr hurst was in a hurry. He ordered some kind of brace the insurance had to approve but didn’t really explain it’s purpose.
